Are you a freelancer or company?
We are a photo entertainment agency based on Kochi operating as a brand, Selfie Machine.
When do we need to confirm your service?
It will be good if you can confirm soonest as confirmation of bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis upon receipt of deposit payment. We apologize that we may not be able to take in your booking in the event that our bookings are full. You may want to secure your booking early especially if it falls on a weekends.
How do we confirm your services?
- 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking via Bank Transfer or Google Pay
- Balance of 50% in exact cash on the event day itself after we have completed the service
Do you provide a memory book / guestbook?
Yes we do provide Guest Book. Please let us know when you submit an enquiry to us.
Are the quote prices GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive?
The quote prices are not GST-inclusive. 18% GST will be added to the total invoice value. Our GST Number : 32BATPA0850N1ZN
Photo Print-Outs
What are the available photo print-out sizes and dimensions?
We provide Post Card & Photo Strip. Refer to https://selfiemachine.in/prints/ for more details.
How is the photo print-out presented?
We provide envelops where your guests can put their printed photo in it.
Alternatively, you can consider to have the following add-on options:
- Paper Photo Frame
- Photo Standee with Window
- Acrylic Frame
What do you mean by customisation of photo print-outs?
It means the design of the photo frame where you can have your event name / event date / company logo / etc; Our system will automatically embed the shots taken onto the printout photo frame design before it is printed.

What do you mean by “design of the photo printout template”?
To make every event a unique experience, the photo print-out is customised to fit your event theme, so your guests have an strong memory everytime they look at the print-out.
Upon confirmation of our service, our designer will reach out to you with an interactive design form collecting your event details, design requirements, photo print size, and the layout for the print-out.
Do note that unique complex illustrations and usage of stock images are not part of the package, and will be charged accordingly if requested.
How many revisions do we get for the photo print-out?
After collecting the info through the design form, our designer will come up with a draft with a style matching your design requirements. You are entitled up to 2 revisions, and additional revisions will be charged.
Do I get the soft copies of the photos taken?
Of course! We will send the edited photos via Dropbox link. We also will post watermarked photos onto our online gallery for easy sharing. If you require password protected gallery, or that photos does not get posted online, do indicate to us early so we can note it down as a special requirement.
Will all the photos be printed?
Yes, all photos taken during the actual engaged hours will be printed.
Backdrops
What is the size of the backdrop?
Our standard photobooth backdrop is around 10 x 10 feet ( 3 x 3 Meters).

How many backdrops can we choose from?

Photo Booth
How much space do you need?
Typically we need a 3m by 3m space with a working power socket within 5m away, preferably in the same room where your guests gather. The more people see the photobooth, the more they will take photos.
How much time do you need to setup?
We normally arrive 1 hour before the actual photobooth time to set up.
Do you need wifi connection?
Our photobooth does not require any wifi connection.
Does your Photo Booth comes with a photographer?
Our photobooth setup is semi-automated where you guests can view how they pose through the live view monitor. What is so special about us is that our booth is clicker controlled by our booth assistant to ensure that your guests are always ready for their shots unlike the usual timer based booth that always caught your guests in surprise.
How many staff will be present to man the photo booth on the day?
2 crew members
How fast is your photo printer?
Our commercial dye-sub photo printer can print one postcard size photo and two Photostrip photos in about 8 seconds.
Can I choose props?
We have a whole room of props so choosing props can be a logistics nightmare for you! We have currently classify our props between wedding, corporate events, as well as general props to ensure that your guests gets the most appropriate props to use during your event.
If you do have a specific theme, do let us now early so that we can help you select from our current inventory.

How many tables + chairs we will need to set up for you / can you bring your own?
It will be good if the venue can provide 1 long table for us. The table is used to place the props.
Do you provide Green Screen Photo Booth?
Yes we do!
When will we be able to get our photos?
Photos will be uploaded to our website after post-editing within 7 days from the event date, the web URL will be given to the organizer. The edited soft copies of photos will also be send to you via Google Drive for your own sharing as well.
